In July , Liuyang’s fireworks industry will starting staged and orderly consumable production resumption.

As Per Hunan’s latest special resumption guidelines,all factories follow the approval rule of "approving production only after full qualification inspection", and unqualified factories are prohibited from operation.

Four standards are stipulated for resumption:

1. All safety facilities and equipment pass inspection and meet standards.

2. Strict personnel management and control measures are properly implemented

3. Full closed-loop supervision of raw materials

4. Management system strictly implemented

All factories need to finish hidden danger inspection, equipment maintenance, monitoring system verification and staff safety education before obtaining approval to restart production lines.
